Bi-State Management is a family-owned business with roots dating back to 1973 in Louisville, Kentucky. The company expanded into Southern Indiana in 1976. The company focuses on property management, as well as real estate services and development. While our core focus has been on the multi-family side of the industry, Bi-State has experience in single family, commercial, and industrial facets of the industry as well. Our company ownership comes from a diverse background of mortgage and banking industry experience, appraising/real estate, engineering, teaching, and business leadership. For over 25 years, Bi-State was a core partner with Louisville Metro Housing in their mod rehab program and helped tens of thousands of people find affordable rental housing. Our core focus today is traditional residential housing for hard working people in our region.
